Alana was introduced to reflexology six years ago while she was suffering through her own set of digestive issues. After only her first reflex session she realized how beneficial it was going to be to maintain issues within her body, help with pain management and stress. It was after the second session she became very interested on learning more about reflexology and all the benefits it had to offer.
Alana studied reflexology at the Ontario College of Reflexology and obtained her certificate within a year. With the highest regard for the health of her clients she has helped many maintain pain, rebalance the body, and destress from daily life. Alana puts her passion and intuition into every treatment to ensure everyone gets the best possible treatment for their body.
