If you have reason to believe you may have been exposed to Covid 19 and are waiting on a possible positive test, Please cancel your appointment.
If you have any of the following symptoms please reschedule your appointment and click the link for a self assessment or visit your local Covid screening center.
• Fever (temperature of 37.8°C or greater)
• New or worsening cough
• Shortness of breath (dyspnea)
• Sore throat
• Difficulty swallowing
• New olfactory or taste disorder(s)
• Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
Mandated by our regulating body as well as Ontario Public Health. These agreements will be sent to your email before your scheduled appointment time. They are a mandatory requirement for treatment.
Not completing the agreement could result in rescheduling of your appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment please WAIT IN YOUR CAR by the side door – your RMT will open the door to greet you at your scheduled appointment time. We cannot allow waiting in the building at this time.
Please put your mask on before you enter the building – you will be required to wear a mask throughout the duration of your massage treatment. If you have a medical reason as to why you cannot wear a mask please let your RMT know and they will have full discretion on how to proceed.
Sanitize your hands – Hand sanitizer is provided in each treatment room for all patients to use before and after each treatment.
After Treatment– Please pay and reschedule your appointment in a timely fashion. Your RMT has limited time to clean and sanitize the treatment room and front office to prepare for the next appointment. To save yourself some time you can also schedule your next appointment online.
