If you have any of the following symptoms please reschedule your appointment and click the link for a self assessment or visit your local Covid screening center.

• Fever (temperature of 37.8°C or greater)
• New or worsening cough
• Shortness of breath (dyspnea)
• Sore throat
• Difficulty swallowing
• New olfactory or taste disorder(s)
• Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain

Pre-Screening Questionnaire

Mandated by our regulating body as well as Ontario Public Health. These questionnaires will be sent to your email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. They are a mandatory requirement for treatment.
Not completing the questionnaire could result in rescheduling of your appointment.

Appointment Flow

When you arrive for your appointment please wait in your car – your RMT will open the door to greet you at your scheduled appointment time. We cannot allow waiting in the building at this time.

Before you enter the building please put on your mask – you will be required to wear a mask throughout the duration of your massage treatment. If you have medical reasons as to why you cannot wear a mask please let your RMT know and they will have full discretion on how to proceed.

Wash your hands – Hand sanitizer is provided for all to wash their hands before and after each treatment.

After Treatment– Please pay and reschedule your appointment in a timely fashion. Your RMT has limited time to clean and sanitize the treatment room and front office to prepare for the next appointment. To save time you can also schedule your next appointment online.

Showing up to your appointment with visible signs of illness or symptoms will result in immediate cancellation and rescheduling of your appointment after a two week waiting period.
