CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment cancellations due to Covid 19, other illnesses, will not be penalized, however for the safety of everyone and to give a reasonable isolation period, your appointment will be rescheduled no earlier than 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.

Appointment cancellations or changes that are non-illness related will require 24 hours notice. Notice or changes made in less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service.

Failure to show for an appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service.

All fees will be payable before your next scheduled appointment commences.
